Sarah will be the first point of contact and will respond promptly to enquiries, she will help you define your requirements, offer specialist and technical advice and in turn provide a quotation and timelines. She will project manage the operation from start to finish and be consistently available for updates and questions. There will always be a highly experienced lead decorator on site who oversees the work and ensures timeframes are adhered to. Pure Brilliant aim to transform clients' homes with as little stress, mess and upheaval as possible offering flawless and longstanding decoration.

The team of 12 consists of 70% female painters, 10% male painters and 20% non binary painters. If you would like a team of exclusively female decorators, for example - don't hesitate to say. All of our team members are carefully vetted to ensure they also offer a gentle, tidy, focused and respectful approach. Sarah herself has been decorating for 15 years and in the last 5 years has studied colour in the home extensively.
